The Role:

As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily service operations to maintain the highest standards of hospitality
  • Supporting and leading the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Providing expert guidance on our extensive food and wine offering, including our Tasting Menu and wine flight offerings.
  • Assisting with reservations, guest relations, and managing special requests
