Facilities Team Leader

Responsible for overseeing daily maintenance, reactive repairs, minor projects, and material procurement at the clients site. Primarily based at a hospital, with occasional support required at other sites.
Key responsibilities include maintaining critical hospital systems such as Medical Gas, Ventilation, and Water Hygiene, utilising both standard and specialised tools. Tasks involve planned maintenance, responding to unplanned events, reviewing safety documents, issuing Permits-to-Work, and managing small electrical/mechanical works.
You'll also coordinate with the TSM on equipment issues, maintain records, ensure compliance with safety guidelines, participate in on-call services, and liaise with clients.
A recognised Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship and 2+ years of experience are required for the role.
