We are recruiting for an established Scottishbusiness in Ayrshirewho are looking to add a Production Supervisor to their operation. Working on a 2-week shift rotation basis Monday-Friday (day shift/backshift)you will assist management in implementing process improvements to enhance the production capabilities, output and, critically, the quality of product into the marketplace.
Key Duties:
- Monitor and manage production KPIs
- Oversee health & safety for production area. Carry out risk assessments and accident investigations.
- Quality Control - Ensure production/quality processes, equipment being used, and the working environments are all conducive to producing a high-quality product/service.
- Ensure that the production area is clean and that all safety mitigation measures are in place
What youll need
- Production Supervisory experience
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
