An opportunity to develop, lead and implement a HSEQ culture for a growing UK Logistics Business. The company in question has been in operation for nearly 100 years and has an excellent market reputation. Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with the executive team to promote and establish a strong health & safety culture.

The HSEQ will be responsible for:

• Creating and influencing policies procedures and guidelines.
• Conducting regular risk assessments and health & safety audits.
• Developing and delivering training programmes on HSEQ topics for employees at all levels in conjunction with the company Training Manager.
• Maintaining the ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 management systems.

The HSEQ Manager will have:

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Health & Safety experience at a senior level in logistics, manufacturing or a closely related industry.
• Flexibility to travel nationally.
• Good experience working to ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 standards.
