Zachary Daniels is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join an exciting new store opening for a well-established fashion retail brand in the Isle of Man. • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a retail environment.
• A strong sales focus with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to make customer and sales-driven decisions.
• Passion for fashion and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
• Adaptability to thrive in a new store opening and fast-paced setting.
