Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Order Management: Track and ensure timely progress of customer orders, working with third parties to meet deadlines and prevent delays.
  • Customer Support: Handle escalated customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Communication: Maintain accurate records of all customer and supplier interactions in our eCommerce system, Magento (training provided).
  • Team Collaboration: Support colleagues and directors with additional tasks as required.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4+ years of office-based Customer Service experience, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
  • A friendly, confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) with fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A quick learner, confident in general IT, and adaptable to new systems.
  • Positive, team-oriented, and versatile - happy to lend a hand beyond the job description.
