I am looking for a Construction (Design and Management) Consultant to join one of our clients on a permanent basis in the North London area. The CDM Consultant will be responsible for Health and Safety on commercial projects.

The successful CDM Consultant will receive:

A salary between 45,000 and 55,000
A car allowance
Flexible working opportunities

As the CDM Consultant, you must have:

IOSH Managing Safely qualification
Health and Safety experience
Hold CDM experience

The CDM Consultant will:

Act as the Health and Safety Consultant on shop retrofits
Have extensive knowledge on Health and Safety
Be the principal designer for the projects.
