If you have strong administrative skills and eagerness to make a difference, our client is looking for you!   Responsibilities of the Operations & Sustainability Administrator:
  • Support the department with general day-to-day tasks.
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers.
  • Keep an up-to-date log to support the team with data requirements when needed.
  • Aim to take on tasks for senior staff to improve efficiency of data returns.
  • Support the continuing reviews of all products.
  • Assist the team by learning and providing information to relay to the wider product team.
  • Continue to develop the current database to future proof the business in relation to legislation.
 Personal traits for a successful Operations & Sustainability Administrator:
  • Proactive & show initiative.
  • Confident to asks questions with aim to become autonomous in your role.
  • A strong willingness to learn.
  • Organised and able to priorities workload.
  • Strong MS office skills and a good understanding of Excel is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to navigate high volumes of data and correspondence, focusing on the end target of a given project.
