An excellent opportunity for an Assistant or Intermediate Site Manager with experience on Residential Construction projects to join a renowned luxury private housebuilder in a role where you will work on high quality developments within a progressive company.

On offer is the chance to work for an award winning housebuilder on a variety of projects where you will hold a vital role within an established commercial department whilst taking on an exciting position offering variety and the chance to work on a bespoke product.

This award winning housebuilder specialise in traditional new build housing developments from concept through to completion. They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process. Despite the challenges in the residential market this company are thriving due to their high end product. This company have a number of exiting regional sites and therefore are looking for a Site Manager with a residential background to join their dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant / Site Manager who has a residential construction background, who is looking for a diverse Site Management position within a company working on high quality premium developments.

In this role you will work on new building housing projects tasked with ensuring the smooth delivery of housing projects. Responsibilities will include overseeing site progress, organising labour and material deliveries and health and safety experience.
The ideal candidate will have previous Site Management experience, working on residential projects, who is looking to join premium housebuilder with an outstanding reputation with long term career prospects.
