Our client is an industry leading company within the water treatment sector, that specialises in the development of wastewater processing technologies and equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative organisation that are dedicated to developing products at the forefront of environmental safety and quality.

As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead their technical support team. This role is critical in ensuring their customers receive exceptional technical service, while also contributing to product improvement, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing technical support team.
  • Managing the resolution of technical support requests from internal teams and partners.
  • Overseeing technical training programs for internal users and distribution partners.
  • Supporting the Service and Commercial teams on site surveys and technical consultations.
  • Improving technical processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with R&D, Commercial, QA, and Operations teams to enhance product quality and service.
  • Maintaining compliance with industry regulations, legislation, and best practices.
  • Managing budgets, forecasting, and performance monitoring for the technical support function.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates will have:

  • Degree-level education in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in engineered water treatment systems, ideally Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) technology
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or service management role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
