Business Development Manager - Property Industry - 36,000 per annum - Kelvedon area - 9:00am - 5:00pm

A client of ours within the property industry, located on the outskirts of Kelvedon area are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and paying 30,000 - 36,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Identify growth opportunities and achieve KPIs.
  • Lead the team in client service and relationship building.
  • Manage accounts and re-engage inactive clients.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental handovers.
  • Collaborate on sales campaigns and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate client records and IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Oversee contractor applications and tenders.
  • Manage, develop, and monitor the team's performance.
  • Promote continuous learning and best practices.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Business Development Manager position:

  • Proven business development or sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team leadership and management experience
  • CRM proficiency and data-driven approach
  • Full clean driving license required and own transport due to their remote location
  • BD or sales experience within the real estate and property industry (desirable)
