Credit Controller

We are seeking a Credit Controller who is adept at managing customer relationships and handling financial accounts. This role offers flexible working hours, including the option to work four days a week or 5 days a week during school hours. The successful candidate will be part of a fantastic team, working closely with various departments to ensure efficient credit management and customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and contracts.
  • Investigate and resolve late payment issues.
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed about case progression.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Handle any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit Controller.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in credit control or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence in dealing with clients.
  • High level of attention to detail.
