We are seeking a Credit Controller who is adept at managing customer relationships and handling financial accounts. This role offers flexible working hours, including the option to work four days a week or 5 days a week during school hours. The successful candidate will be part of a fantastic team, working closely with various departments to ensure efficient credit management and customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage customer relationships effectively.
- Reconcile customer accounts and contracts.
- Investigate and resolve late payment issues.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed about case progression.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Handle any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit Controller.
- Experience in credit control or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in dealing with clients.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Flexible working hours - option for 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) or during school hours (Monday to Friday).
