Job Title: Sales Advisor - Kendal

Reports to: Head of Sales

Summary of Position:

As a Sales Advisor based in Kendal, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and training services. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for providing accurate and relevant advice to customers, maintaining customer information, and actively contributing to business development efforts.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Provide Accurate and Relevant Advice:

  • Offer precise and relevant information to customers regarding our products and training services.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate recording of customer information for future reference.

Customer Account Management:

  • Maintain regular contact with allocated accounts to generate consistent orders.
  • Introduce new products to existing customers and keep their information up to date.

Business Development:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers to explore new business opportunities.
  • Issue quotations and diligently follow up to secure sales.

Negotiate and Close Sales:

  • Negotiate sales terms and bring deals to a successful conclusion.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets set by the Head of Sales.

Team Collaboration:

  • Liaise effectively with other team members to coordinate efforts and share relevant information.

Database Management:

  • Confirm and update customer information systematically on the database after interactions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records.

Professional Development:

  • Continuously improve technical product knowledge through professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Other Duties:

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required from time to time to support the overall sales function.
