We are seeking a Finance Administrator to support our finance function in maintaining account ledgers, preparing and sharing financial information, and reporting to the management team. This role is ideal for someone who is focused, forward-thinking, and proactive in suggesting changes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
  • Assist with the resolution of invoice, purchase order, and supplier queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Raise invoices and credit notes to customers.
  • Actively chase overdue debts daily.
  • Set up new customer and supplier accounts.
  • Perform reconciliations between our ledger and customer portals.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for external and internal audits.
  • Provide necessary support during audit processes.
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via email, telephone, and social media.
  • Raise claims with our 3rd party couriers.
  • Issue refunds to customers where required.
  • Manage the collection and distribution of the Finance Department’s post.
  • Comply with safety procedures, including adopting safe working practices and using safety equipment appropriate to the role.
  • Take ownership and be responsible for product legality, quality, and authenticity.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties that assist in the effective running of the department.
