Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

· Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities

· Work one-to-one or in small groups, helping students reach their full potential

· Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment

· Help prepare lesson resources and encourage active learning

· Provide social, emotional, and academic support to children

· Supervise students during playtimes and lunchtimes, ensuring their safety and wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)

· A positive, patient, and adaptable approach

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

· A passion for education and helping children succeed
