Nursing Home Manager required for a Luxury Care Home in Warwick

We're partnering with a luxury, award-winning care provider renowned for redefining excellence in elderly care. They are looking for a talented and forward thinking Home Manager to lead one of their stunning care homes in the Warwick area.

As the Nursing Home Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of running this exceptional care home. You'll lead a talented and compassionate team, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, and create an environment where residents feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the care home, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Provide strong, inspiring leadership to staff, fostering a positive, motivated, and collaborative working environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure a skilled and competent workforce.
  • Ensure the care home complies with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health and safety regulations, and other statutory obligations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain and improve standards of care.
  • Ensure that the care home operates within budgetary constraints while delivering excellent service.
  • Oversee care planning, ensuring all residents receive tailored care plans reviewed regularly for relevance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • RN / NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Experienced Home Manager with proven track record and private pay experience
  • A strong leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop a skilled care team.
  • Thorough knowledge of CQC regulations
  • A full, valid driving licence.

Remuneration:

  • c£79,500pa DOSE
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Enhanced pension contributions
  • Company sick pay
