Fractional HR Director - Technology Services - Warwickshire

Macildowie Executive Search is partnering with a fast-moving technology services business near Coventry to secure a Fractional HR Director.As the company navigates significant structural change, we need an experienced HR leader who can provide strategic direction and hands-on execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in transformation, ensuring stability while driving change.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organisational change, including restructures, workforce planning, and TUPE processes.
  • Manage complex employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance while delivering practical, hands-on support.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed new ways of working and maintain engagement.
  • Oversee workforce optimisation, cost control, and strategic resourcing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, working closely with legal specialists where required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HR Director or senior HR leader in transformation environments.
  • Expertise in M&A integration, TUPE, restructuring, and cultural change.
  • Strong ability to influence, challenge, and guide C-suite and senior teams.
  • Experience in rapid execution of HR strategy and risk mitigation.
  • Immediate availability and ability to travel to Warwickshire by car.

Contract Details:

  1. Part-time (fractional) role: 2-3 days per week initially, possibly increasing to 3-4 days.
  2. 3-6 month contract with potential for extension.
  3. Immediate start required.
