Macildowie is excited to be working exclusively with a Warwickshire organisation to appoint a Head of HR to a forward-thinking and growing organisation. As the Head of HR, you will have the opportunity to bring your energy, vision, and leadership presence to influence senior leadership and above.
I am looking for an experienced HR leader who you can shape and deliver the HR strategy that aims to empower employees, drive meaningful change, and strengthen organisational resilience.
With prior experience at Head of level or equivalent, you will be navigated complex challenges, embedding cultural and behavioural transformation while building trusted partnerships with senior leaders. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with vision, passion, and determination to make a lasting impact, shaping the future of HR and the wider organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership and be part of the senior leadership team
- Represent the HR function at Board level, providing insights, updates, and recommendations
- Lead the roll-out of HR transformation initiatives
- Develop and implement workforce planning and succession strategies
- Oversee the reward and benefits strategy
- Embed behavioural and cultural transformation aligned with organisational values.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor and improve the impact of people initiatives
- Promote an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture
Person Specification
- Must have held a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of People or equivalent, with experience leading organisational strategy at Board or executive level.
- Proven track-record of delivering strategic people leadership, including workforce planning, cultural change, and transformation initiatives.
- CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent experience
- Skilled in using data to drive informed decision-making and measure success against strategic objectives.
- Proven experience in leading teams across HR functions, including Recruitment, OD and L&D and HR Operations.
- Can demonstrate ability to influence, inspire, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
