Macildowie are working with a Not-for-Profit organisation based in Warwickshire who are looking to appoint a People Services Team Leader on a permanent basis that will oversee the delivery of all HR operational duties including Recruitment, HR Administration, Payroll and HR System management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee the resourcing administration duties, including onboarding, contract creation, and employee records, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define job requirements, create compelling job ads, and design a seamless selection processes.
  • Oversee the HR administrative process to streamline HR administration tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all processes.
  • Support and collaborate with the Payroll Officer to maintain data accuracy and integrity, and ensure efficient of the organisations HRIS.
  • Lead the People Services team, offering coaching, development, and consistent performance feedback, fostering a collaborative, inclusive working culture.
  • Partner with department heads to address operational HR needs, offering tailored support and expert advice.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring HR services align with business goals.

Person Specification:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience leading a HR team
  • Experience overseeing HR operations and leading process improvements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The post offers a salary between £34,000 - £38,000 per annum, as well as hybrid working of 3 days per week on site, great annual leave and a raft of other benefits.
