Payroll Clerk

Payroll specialist for an excellent business located in Kenilworth. The business are seeking an experienced payroll professional to join their team and take ownership of processing end-to-end monthly payroll for a workforce of around 400 employees. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, office-based role within a well-established company. Salary: up to £34,000 per annum Responsibilities: Processing end-to-end monthly payroll efficiently and accurately (400 employees) Managing payroll for shift-based employees using Time and Attendance systems Performing manual gross-to-net calculations when required Utilising Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, for payroll analysis and reporting Using payroll software to ensure accurate records and compliance Requirements: Minimum of 4 years' experience in payroll Experience handling shift-based employees and Time and Attendance systems Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Ability to carry out manual gross-to-net calculations Experience working with payroll software Comfortable working in an office environment as part of a team Experience with payrolling benefits and/or P11D processing Exposure to Resourcelink payroll software If you are interested in this role, please apply now for more information.
