Salary32 000 - 35 000plus Tronc
You will be responsible for a small team, ensuring they are educated and follow your standards encompassing the highest standards, attention to detail and a humble, friendly nature.
Ideally you will come from a Michelin/Rosette background. Wine knowledge will be a great advantage, however any required training in that area can be provided.
