Salary32 000 - 35 000plus Tronc

Assistant Restaurant Manager for a Michelin Star The Cross Restaurant in Kenilworth. Reporting directly to the Chef Patron and Restaurant Manager you will assist with overseeing the entire FOH operation. You will continue to drive and maintain the ongoing success of this well established business.

You will be responsible for a small team, ensuring they are educated and follow your standards encompassing the highest standards, attention to detail and a humble, friendly nature.

Ideally you will come from a Michelin/Rosette background. Wine knowledge will be a great advantage, however any required training in that area can be provided.
