Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Site Manager for our client's refurbishment project in the Lake District. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing delivery of internal refurbishment, including M&E upgrades, partitians and suspended ceilings. You will be managing trades staff, overseeing paperwork and providing detailed reports on work carried out with experience in steel frame units and cladding works.
Key Requirements:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
CSCS card
First Aid at Work certification
Responsibilities:
Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
Report project progress to the main contractor
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay:
270 per shift
