Opus People Solutions are seeking a Business Support Administrator to come and join North Northamptonshire Council on a 4 months contract with option to extend in Kettering to join a dedicated team for the local authority.This role is perfect for candidates with strong administrative, data entry or business support experience, who can build strong internal and external relationships, and thrive in a service-focused environment.Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing and disseminating important information to stakeholders, service users, and the public.
  • Inputting, manipulating, and retrieving data across various IT systems to ensure accurate and effective delivery of services.
  • Assisting with data production, report generation, and supporting the Business Support Manager with delegated projects.
  • Acting as the main contact for the team, handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Working closely with colleagues to share best practices and achieve team objectives.
