Join a progressive college in Tresja, as a Work Placement Coordinator within the Centre Administration department. This role is crucial in enhancing the success of our students by sourcing high-quality work experience, industry placements, and work-related activities.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Identify and secure high-quality work placements for students across various industries.
  • Liaise with employers and work placement organisations to create opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate and monitor all aspects of student placements, ensuring they meet educational and professional standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of placements and student progress.
  • Conduct regular visits to employers to assess the quality of placements and address any issues.
  • Collaborate with academic staff to ensure placements align with educational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to students before, during, and after their placements.
  • Promote the importance of work placements as a valuable aspect of student development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
