Location: Northampton
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 38.75 per week, with flexible start and finish times.
A well-established, award-winning architectural practice is looking to recruit an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its head office in the Midlands. Role & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Producing detailed working drawing packages.
Contributing to planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
Leading the detailed design process and coordinating design information.
Liaising with relevant authorities, including planning and building control.
Conducting design-stage risk assessments.
Administering contracts and project certifications.
Assessing building performance and producing maintenance management information.
Qualifications & Experience:
BSc Hons, HNC, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology.
Membership of CIAT or an equivalent professional body.
Minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
Strong knowledge and experience in Revit and BIM is highly desirable.
Experience with Cobie data is an advantage.
In-depth understanding of detailing and Building Regulations is essential.
Familiarity with NBS specifications.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and design.
