The successful Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Executive / Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, solving client waste handling problems, and identifying new business opportunities.
Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Executive / Sales Manager will ideally have a mechanical background and have worked with bulk handling equipment such as conveyors, balers, and elevators.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, account management, and fostering strong customer relationships
- Record leads, opportunities, and orders in the CRM system
- Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide after-sales support, addressing customer queries and resolving issues
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies for new markets and industries
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Executive / Sales Manager, or similar
- Mechanical background and have worked with bulk handling equipment such as conveyors, balers, and elevators
- Knowledge of conveyors, balers, and elevators would be advantageous
- To be office-based with travel to customer sites across the UK required
- Full UK driving license
- Commutable to office in Kettering
