Estimator

This is a great opportunity for a someone with about 5 years Estimating experience to join a growing main contractor based in Northants.

They undertake new build D&B projects up to 25 million in the later living, multi-room and commercial sectors and wish to appoint an Estimator or someone who may currently be an Assistant Estimator who is looking for progression to the next level.

You will work alongside the Pre-Construction Director and will be involved in producing building tenders and cost plans from BoQ's although a knowledge of taking off will be advantageous. They currently use Conquest but experience in other software such as Causeway will be OK.

With a turnover approaching 60m and a healthy future order book they are a highly successful and personable business, and you will work closely with the Senior Management team rather than being just a number in a larger Company.

You will be office based near Kettering so you will ideally live in the Northants, Beds, Cambs, Leics catchment areas.

The salary is negotiable depending on your experience and the package will include bi-annual reviews, bonus, 25 days holiday + public, pension and medical insurance.
