Key Responsibilities:

  • Support mortgage advisors with their mortgage cases.
  • Chase lenders and solicitors to ensure timely processing of mortgage applications.
  • Keep customers up to date with the progress of their mortgage applications.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to mortgage processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
