Osenka Recruitment are working with a privately owned developer that has many arms within their business, they cover Excavation, Geotechnical Support, Housing and Plant Sales, they are based in North Northamptonshire and are looking for a

JOB: PA for an immediate start

As a PA to the Operations Manager, you'll be up for the challenge and be able to work in a fast moving environment, be prepared to work extended hours if need be to get the job done alongside the Operations Manager. As a PA you would need to have extensive experience with IT and computer systems as they operate a quite advanced cloud system.

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 - Monday to Friday

Company car available for the right candidate

Duties will include:

  1. Managing operations manager calendar for meetings and site visits
  2. Liaison for all their company activities for theirproperty investment and management
  3. Managing solicitor arrangements for purchases, sales, and lettings etc
  4. Arranging quote and tenders for new sites theyhave
  5. Placing purchase orders with their supply chain for sites
  6. Managing operations managerpaperwork and emails whenon site.
  7. Sorting calls out and taking messages and only transferring the callsneed to deal with straight away.
  8. Manage staff allocation onour job management system.
  9. Work with operations managerto build and issue quotes to therecustomers for works
  10. Work with payroll manager for staff absence and sickness so that Operations Manager is keptin the loop with this.
  11. Managecompany insurances for all operations.
  12. Motor fleet mot, tax, service, and insurance management.
  13. Good time and planning management and prepared to be assertive when we have critical timelines to achieve.
  14. Prepared to work fromoffice, site and on the road depending on workload. There may be the occasional need to stay away overnight if required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Methodical
  • Organisation skills
  • 7+ years experience within PA or similar position
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
  • Computer & IT literate
  • Full UK Driving Licence
