Our client, a well-established charity organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting various administrative tasks.

  • Role: Office Coordinator
  • Hourly Rate: £12.50
  • Working Pattern: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm
  • Handle reception duties, including answering phones, managing the general inbox, and coordinating deliveries and post
  • Be the point of contact for all facilities-related support, coordinating maintenance repairs for office equipment
  • Assisting senior executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintaining confidential files and records.
