We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the Finance department in this impressive business in the Oxford area. This role requires an individual who can support the financial decision-making process by providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.

Description

The Finance Business Partner will have a wide range of responsibilities including:

  • Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Provide financial expertise and advice to non-finance staff.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
  • Assist with the preparation of management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and/or studying towards a Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
