Finance Manager responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the finance and accounting department
- Oversee the production of monthly financial reports
- Budget preparation and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Lead the financial planning and strategy
- Oversee payroll and pension schemes
- Management of financial systems and processes
- Liaise with auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Experience in the Not For Profit sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
