Hays are working with a local organisation to appoint a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role
- Assist with talent management initiatives.
- Provide daily performance management guidance to line managers.
- Aid managers and team leaders in their leadership development through coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with selection processes
- Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Support the compensation management process, including salary reviews, payroll, and personnel cost forecasting.
- Assist with UK benefits management.
- Provide support for employee relations, manage complex absence cases, and act as an escalation point.
- Deputise for the Senior HR Team when required.
- Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
Experience you'll need to succeed
- Degree or relevant qualification in HR or related subject
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
- Recruitment
- Handled complex ER cases
- Design of HR policies in addition to interpreting and implementing these policies and procedures.
