Description

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Supporting business objectives and ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system.
  • Supporting Senior leadership on a variety of ER cases.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role within a global business.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Thorough knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
