Your new companyOur client is a leading national contractor of both residential and commercial projects across the UK. They prioritise local communities and are dedicated to creating sustainable living environments that enhance the quality of life for residents.Your new roleAs an experienced site manager, you will oversee the construction of a commercial project near Kings Lynn. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, preferably in care home projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
