6 Month Initial Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute monthly payroll runs using ADP (iHCM version) with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage auto-enrolment pension upload files and correspond with pension providers.
  • Handle correspondence from HMRC and process annual returns (P11db, PSA, Sharescheme Return).
  • Partner with HR to ensure seamless data transfer from the HR system to ADP.
  • Verify maternity and sick pay calculations.
  • Process salary sacrifice adjustments and prepare upload files.
  • Allocate headcount to appropriate business units and cost centers.
  • Ensure timely processing of intercompany charges.
  • Support FP&A with headcount financial analysis against budgets/forecasts.
  • Prepare and import GL journals into the finance system.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage payroll processes in multiple countries through respective payroll providers.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a payroll environment with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various business partners while maintaining professionalism and approachability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
