Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in lovely offices in Kingston are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team up until April 2025

The role will involve:

  • Managing and carrying out investigations into complex cases and complaints throughout the customer journey to resolution
  • Ensuring complaints are acknowledged and responded to
  • Raising safeguarding concerns where neccessary
  • Identifying and escalating any high risk cases
  • Working with other teams
  • Ensuring that a great response is provided to the customer

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience delivering first-class customer service and responding to complaints.
  • Have experience being creative in thinking outside of the box to quickly resolve problems.
  • Enjoy working in an organised, methodical way with excellent accuracy and attention to detail whilst working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Have experience of dealing with complex case management and using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
