JOB DESCRIPTION
To work as part of the Finance team, assisting the Finance Manager with a variety of Tasks and Projects. Taking overall responsibility for credit control, running and maintaining EDI communication system and maintaining bank transactions including receipts and regular bank reconciliations.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconciling Bank accounts
- Credit control for all customers
- Assist with Month End procedures including closing ledgers and creating financial reports
- Processing for Government and Trade Association returns
- VAT returns
- Maintain Farm Books and Accounts
- EDI invoicing with customers
- Assist with payments and paperwork for the website sales
- Understudy Purchase Ledger & Sales Invoicing and provide holiday and sickness cover
- Other duties as assigned
