We are seeking a dedicated Registrar to manage the admissions process for one of our prestigious Clients in the Kingston area. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth management of admissions from initial enquiry through to enrolment, prioritising exceptional communication and customer service. The Registrar will also establish and nurture relationships with feeder schools and oversee the organisation of key admissions events.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the entire admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for parents and candidates.
  • Prioritise customer experience and satisfaction, responding promptly to all enquiries.
  • Coordinate and represent the school at external events and school fairs to promote admissions opportunities.
  • Oversee the 11+ and 16+ admissions process, including exam administration and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions literature and records, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Events Team to plan and execute school events that align with admissions objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educated to A Level or equivalent through significant administration experience.
  • Proven experience in a busy, customer-driven environment, preferably within a school setting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly IT literate, particularly with MS Office applications, and experienced in managing databases.
  • Ability to maintain high work rates and manage a range of tasks and competing priorities independently.
  • Knowledge of manipulating data using Excel at an intermediate level is essential.
