Sonic Summary

Our client, managing a university in South West London, is seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer.
The role involves routine and reactive maintenance, including PPMs and checks on AHU, HVAC, electrical systems, and minor repairs.
Candidates should be multi-skilled with a good understanding of building services and a can-do attitude, with part qualification acceptable.
The position offers a basic salary of £36,000, with additional compensation for on-call duties and overtime opportunities.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, and the client is looking for candidates with at least some relevant experience.

Our client is manages aa university in South West London and they arelooking to hire an experienced Building Services Engineer.

As the Building Services Engineer, you will be expected to carry out routine and reactive maintenance around the campus. Your role will includes but not be limited to doing PPMs and checks on AHU, HVAC, Electrical, Blockages, leaks, replacing valves, P&D and other minor repairs. Its all 1stfix and making safe.

You can be part qualified for this role as long as youre multi-skilled, have a good understanding of building services, a can-do attitude, and will work as part of a team

Our client is offering:

£36,000 basic
Mon Fri (8am 4.30pm)
On call, 1 week in every 6-8 weeks £300, extra for call outs.
Overtime available
Pension
Training and development if required
