Property Manager / Block Manager Flexible working Surrey / SW London Border - £40k - £50k
My client is a long established, highly respected independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Managers based in Surrey / SW London.
Providing bespoke Property Management services to a wide range of long retained clients they now seek an additional property manager / block manager as follows:
- Experienced in the full range of block management duties with a stable career history. If you have experience within AST Property Management alongside Block, then this would be beneficial but its not essential.
- 3 days home working (after probation) but it is ESSENTIAL that you reside within an hours commute of SW London / Surrey borders.
- Commitment a key factor our client has ZERO staff turnover with most property managers and support staff being in post for 10 years+
- Great atmosphere supportive, diverse, friendly and fun whilst maintaining professionalism at all times
- Minimal evening meetings required as most AGMs etc can be carried out during working hours
- Basic salary from £40k - £50k (dependant on experience, commitment and qualification) to start, rising with tenure and responsibility
