Overview

Due to fantastic growth, a market hold and a forward thinking restructure, our niche manufacturing client based near Halesowen is currently looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Management Accountant to join their busy accounts function. This is a great opportunity for a studying accounts professional to grow their experience surrounding month end tasks and become a crucial part of the team.

The successful candidate for this role will have had a wealth of exposure in transactional finance, and must be looking to bolster their Management Accounting experience, as your will be; making revenue recognition journal adjustments, working on rebates, accruals, prepayment and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also be able to assist the qualified FC with budgeting for the business.

Skills Needed

  • You must be a confident studier, that enjoys building relationships in the work place and working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Have experience in AP/AR and preferably, will have already worked on prepayment and accrual journals.
  • You will be based locally to the Halesowen area, as this is an office based opportunity to increase your potential to learn in the role.
  • Be looking for progression within the next role, and bring with you a 'can-do' attitude.
