- Dealing with cost changes and rolling out of materials
- Part billing of completed jobs
- Printing invoices off daily and weekly
- Updating the CRM system to make sure what stock we have and what we need for future jobs
- Despatch export spreadsheet
- Managing the stock system to ensure there is enough stock for future requirements
- Checking packing specs
- Raising consumable/non-desc po's
- Daily post and courier arrangement
- Adding PODs to the system
- Booking in of deliveries via phone
- Sales order processing
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
