Your new companyYou will be joining an established manufacturing company in Dudley, as a permanent Administrator. This company boasts a people-orientated team that is driven by senior management and are looking for someone to join them to support their business critical administrative functions.
Your new roleThis is a varied role working in a fast-paced manufacturing business, where your main responsibility will be to support the purchase and sales functions. Key duties include: Handling all customer and supplier queries via email and phone
- Processing orders
- Booking in delivery notes
- Invoice processing
- Processing internal recharges
- Statement reconciliation
- Data entry
- General office administration
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in an administration role, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Good IT skills including experience of using in-house systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced role
- Confidence working in a varied role where priorities can change
- Ability to learn and open to change

- The role is working from 8 to 16:30 in the office, with a 14:30 finish on Friday.
