Your new companyYou will be joining an established manufacturing company in Dudley, as a permanent Administrator. This company boasts a people-orientated team that is driven by senior management and are looking for someone to join them to support their business critical administrative functions.

Your new roleThis is a varied role working in a fast-paced manufacturing business, where your main responsibility will be to support the purchase and sales functions. Key duties include: Handling all customer and supplier queries via email and phone

  • Processing orders
  • Booking in delivery notes
  • Invoice processing
  • Processing internal recharges
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Data entry
  • General office administration

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in an administration role, ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Good IT skills including experience of using in-house systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced role
  • Confidence working in a varied role where priorities can change
  • Ability to learn and open to change

  • The role is working from 8 to 16:30 in the office, with a 14:30 finish on Friday.
