Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented and proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and responsive environment where you will play a key role in supporting the organisation's sales administration activities.

Responsibilities:

· Supporting new enquiries by providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing their needs.

· Producing and amending quotations to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

· Developing relationships with the existing client base to nurture long-term partnerships.

· Obtaining costs and preparing quotations for efficient sales processes.

· Scheduling orders, deliveries, and installations to ensure smooth operations.

· Working to client deadlines to deliver outstanding service and meet customer expectations.

· Maintaining current and correct data on internal systems for accurate record-keeping.

· Collaborating with the external sales team to maximise sales opportunities.

· Organising site installations and deliveries for seamless project execution.

· Attending client events and trade shows to represent the organisation and create brand awareness.

· Processing sales orders efficiently to facilitate timely fulfilment.

Required skills and experience for this role include:

  • Good technical knowledge and ability.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Internal sales/project support experience.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Good IT literacy.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving.
