Working in the office, you will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, communication with clients, property management and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Office Based Working Pattern
Start Date: Asap
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies and complete all associated legal requirements
- Managing the rental process from initial setup to key handover
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation related to lettings
- Manage tenant enquiries and select suitable candidates to take forward
- Ensure properties meet all legal requirements
- Liaise with contractors and tenants to arrange repairs and maintenance
- Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords
- Tenant selection and vetting process
- Lease generation
- Pre-tenancy preparation
- Maintain close coordination with other departments in the business
- Perform tenant check-out inspections and deal with deposit
What we're looking for:
- Residential Lettings & Property management: At least 2 years (required).
- ARLA Level 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting & Property Management qualification
- A solid judge of character, with a keen eye for a good tenant
- Complete integrity
- Full, clean UK driving licence
