Inside Sales Coordinator
Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales office, supporting the Sales Managers by handling administrative tasks and managing customer enquiries. You will also maintain customer price lists, prepare quotes and nurture existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and respond to quote requests.
- Manage enquiries and log them accurately on the CRM, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Track and update order progress, keeping customers informed of delivery statuses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and price lists.
- Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks for the sales team.
- Collaborate with operations and stores teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and selling service contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Ensure delivery teams have adequate information to meet customer expectations.
- Identify and develop both short-term and long-term opportunities for account growth.
- Contribute to group revenue and quotation targets.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- 5 years of experience in sales coordination role.
- Strong administration skills
- Personable, with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An interest in technical products and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
