Senior Process Operator, Pharmaceutical Location: Knutsford Type: Permanent Salary: Upto £35,000 PA depending on experience Additional: 25 days holiday (pro rata) + BH, company pensionJob OverviewRussell Taylor is working exclusively with a Biotech firm who are expanding their facility and introducing new Clean Room lines. We need an experienced head for this role. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the production lines.There are grade C,D areas. Duties• Working within a Grade C,D Clean Room adhering to cGMP standards• Environmental monitoring • To always work safely, to wear personal protective equipment as directed and to clean/maintain the PPE.• Ensuring the batch manufacturing records are updated • Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal efficiency• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production• Creating and updating SOPs• Oversee the setup and operation of machinery and equipment• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards• Train and mentor junior operatorsThe Person • Will have significant experience working in an cGMP facility with clean room experience (working as a Process Operative or Snr Process Operative)• Experience in SOP write up and conforming to GMP QMS • Strong attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills needed for training and for liaising with stakeholders Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
