Your new roleAs an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and conducting variance analysis. You will also be involved in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices. A relevant accounting qualification (such as AAT, ACCA, or CIMA) is essential, along with experience in a similar role. You should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key to collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
